Introduction

Mobile Magnetic Loading Flocculation Technology process is loaded by the action of external magnetic material in order to achieve high efficiency sedimentation and filtration purposes with enhanced flocculation.
The principle of enhanced flocculation and sedimentation is to add coagulant, magnetic seeds, etc. to sewage, to strengthen the flocculation, increase floc density and magnetic filtration through efficient sedimentation and removal of contaminants in water, while magnetic seeds been recycled through drum separator.
Basic working principle of magnetic filtration: under an applied magnetic field, the magnetic media surface to produce high gradient magnetic field, capturing magnetic particles moving across it.

Process flow:The principle of enhanced flocculation and sedimentation is to add coagulant, magnetic ballast, etc. to sewage, to strengthen the flocculation, increase floc density and magnetic filtration through efficient sedimentation and removal of contaminants in water, while magnetic ballast been recycled through drum separator.

Technological characteristics
